Why The Sakoon System exists.
A viral-food intelligence and growth system built to turn fast-moving food behaviour into commercially proven opportunities — not another agency or trend report.
Before there was a system, there was a food business.
Building and testing food concepts revealed how quickly viral foods could create real customer attention — and how often businesses either noticed too late or copied the visible product without understanding why people wanted it.
That problem led to The Sakoon System: a disciplined way to spot rising food behaviour, translate it for a specific local market, test it commercially and turn the winner into a repeatable operating system.
Founded by Saim Bin Amir.
Saim's background spans food and hospitality operations, multiple e-commerce models, digital consumer behaviour, and government and defence-sector environments. That cross-disciplinary experience shaped The Sakoon System: commercial thinking, consumer behaviour, disciplined testing and continuous improvement, brought together around food-business growth.
Four principles.
Curiosity
Ask before assuming.
Evidence
Look for signals before making decisions.
Execution
An idea has little value until it works commercially.
Evolution
Markets change, so the system must keep moving.
